Terms, refunds and privacy

What you are buying

Few Good Seats sends you one email alert, with a direct booking link, the moment tickets for the showing of The Odyssey you chose (date and time, IMAX at NOS Colombo, Lisbon) go on sale. That is the whole service.

We do not sell tickets, we do not reserve seats, and we are not affiliated with Cinemas NOS, IMAX, or the makers of the film. You book on the cinema's own site, at the cinema's own price, and the cinema's terms apply to that booking.

One payment covers one showing, for any number of seats. You choose the showing by paying for it; to change it, reply to your receipt before we send the email.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the page and again at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.

By paying, you ask us to start the service straight away. You can still cancel for a full refund at any time before we send your email: reply to your receipt.

Refunds

If there are no good seats left for your showing when you book after our email, reply to that email within 48 hours and we refund you in full. If we fail to email you before your showing goes on sale, we refund you in full without being asked.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within a few working days.

Privacy

When you pay, Stripe passes us your email address and the showing you chose. We use them to send your receipt and your email, and to answer your replies. Nothing else.

We keep them until 30 days after your showing, then delete them. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own privacy policy. We do not share your address with anyone, and we never sell it.

This site sets no cookies. Visits are counted with Vercel's cookieless analytics, which stores nothing about you.
